This quiz is based on the lessons in Class 6 of chessKIDS academy. The syllabus covers the main opening variations starting 1. e4 e5 2. Nf3 Nc6 3. Bc4, sacrifices on f7, the Fork Trick, sacrifices involving decoying and destroying defenders and endings with King and Pawn against King.

The lessons can also be found in the Improvers' section (where they are indicated with six asterisks) of the chessKID part of the website.

You have to answer 15 questions. Some are multiple choice. In the other questions you have to enter the name of a square or the move you would make using a keypad. There is no time limit so think very carefully before you answer each question. You are allowed to change your mind about any answer.
